USMIRS 1.1 Sprint 30 Update

Sprint 30.  The Rapid Delivery Team conducted an internal sprint review this week at Headquarters, providing an update on the development progress of the USMIRS 1.1 application.  Developers continue to make significant progress designing and developing the phases of the enlistment contract DD Form 4.
