J-7 Medical Plans and Policy

CLINICAL QUALITY DIVISION:

The Clinical Quality Division provides medical informatics expertise to support USMEPCOM medical initiatives and transformation efforts. The Division is also responsible for managing future medical technical initiatives for defining user requirements and conducting user acceptance testing, managing the medical Assessment and Continuous Improvement Program to facilitate Command-wide medical organization performance improvement; managing the USMEPCOM Credentials Program; providing functional inputs for medical acquisition projects; managing medical contracts, including executing contracting officer representative duties, developing measurements to ensure contract compliance, and providing liaison support to the contracting office; managing the directorate budget and manpower utilization; and prov8iding management and program support to the entire Directorate.
