Staff Responsibilities

USMEPCOM Strategic Advisor (EOA):

Serves as principle advisor to the command to ensure that command-wide programs are conducted in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations.

Responsible for the development, implementation and monitoring of policies and programs for military and civilian staff to assure equal opportunity and equitable treatment.

Eastern Sector, Strategic Advisor (EOA):

Serves as the primary advisor for the Eastern Sector on those matters related to Equal Opportunity. Ensures adherence to applicable DoD service regulations.

Develops, implements and monitors Equal Opportunity policy and programs directed toward the military members in the Eastern Sector and those working with the military member. Monitors Eastern Sector EO Complaints.

Western Sector, Strategic Advisor (EOA):

Serves as the primary advisor for the Western Sector on those matters related to Equal Opportunity. Ensures adherence to applicable DoD service regulations.

Develops, implements and monitors Equal Opportunity policy and programs directed toward the military members in the Western Sector and those working with the military member. Monitors Western Sector EO Complaints.
