Complaint Procedures

Individuals alleging discrimination in employment practices of the United States Military Entrance Processing command may file an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Complaint. Complaints should be filed with the EEO office which provides complaint processing for the organization where the alleged discriminatory activity occurred. Servicing EEO offices shall provide assistance as outlined in AR 690-600 and 29 CFR Part 1614

If as an employee or applicant for employment you believe you have been subjected to discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex (including sexual harassment), age, national origin, physical/mental disability or reprisal you may contact an EEO Counselor or EEO Office within 45 calendar days of the alleged incident or when you became aware of the alleged incident.
