USMEPCOM Integrated Resource System 1.1 Demonstration

Matt Lince, director of the USMEPCOM Rapid Development Team, demonstrates the capabilities of USMEPCOM Integrated Resource System 1.1, to Lernes Hebert, Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Military Personnel Policy and, Stephanie Miller, Director of Military Accession Policy. The legacy USMIRS was built in 1996. It is an armed forces, joint service component systems that supports the peacetime and mobilization mission of qualifying and enlisting applicants into the armed forces.  The development of the new system, USMIRS 1.1, to replace the legacy system is ongoing.
