Disqualification from the service you applied for does not necessarily imply disqualification from all services. While certain standards will not be waived by any service, some disqualifications deemed unwaiverable by one service may receive favorable consideration from other services. If you are interested in determining if another service could potentially waive your disqualification, please consult your recruiter.

Your service to the nation is critical, whether in the Armed Forces or in other important ways. The Department of War (DoW) consists of both military and civilian members and there are many opportunities to serve your Nation in other federal agencies. Individuals not eligible for military duty can still become successful civilian team members.
