Testing Coordinator

Job Overview

As a Testing Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating, administering, and implementing all aspects of the Student Testing Program (STP) in compliance with established requirements, standards, and objectives. You will serve as the point of contact for the ASVAB Career Exploration Program (CEP) for the Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS) area of responsibility and maintain the master school testing schedule for the MEPS area of responsibility, making sure services are available to thousands of students each year.

While you will independently on your duties, you will have support when needed from the Education Services Specialist (ESS).

Experience Required: To qualify based on your experience, your resume must clearly describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job. Specialized experience is defined as experience that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled, such as: Scheduling school testing sessions with school officials; Marketing student testing programs; Conducting pre-test or post-test briefings for assigned schools; Conducting periodic inventories for materials and supplies; Compiling test results and/or information into a centralized reporting system; Extracting data and/or applying data gathering techniques to create reports.
